About the Role

We are seeking a Colour and Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

This is a Permanent Part Time role working 4 days per week at our Woollahra store. You will work closely with customers to understand their design needs and provide expert advice on colour selection and paint finishes.

Your responsibilities will include stock control, tinting of paints, general housekeeping and cash reconciliations. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for colour and design, as well as excellent communication skills.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Colour and design experience ideally within the painting or interior design industries.
  • A proven track record in retail sales and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • A willingness and physicality to manually handle paint.
