**About the Role**
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of projections, forecasting, AFE submissions and branch deep dives on behalf of the corporate finance team.

You will also be the Billing and Operational Systems lead and manage the Billing Administration team and the FCC Technical Support Specialist.

The role is offered on a full-time and permanent basis in their SOR, Perth-based office.

Broadly, your key responsibilities will include:

- Financial projections and forecasting;
- Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring performance against the budgets in consultation with the business managers;
- Finance business partnering with business units through analysis of performance metrics and providing insightful recommendations for improvement;
- Preparation and improvement of performance review reports;
- Owner of the Authority for Expenditure (AFE) Process;
- Lead and provide guidance to the nationalised billing function;
- Develop the Fleet Cost & Care (FCC) training program and post training audit; and
- Ad hoc duties as directed

**About You**
- CA/CPA qualified;
- Professionally trained within a large services firm (preferably Big 4);
- Able to build successful business relationships across all levels of business;
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbally and written);
- Strong data modelling and analytical skills;
- Able to comprehend, interpret and manage complexities;
- Experienced in dealing with national organisations;
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills; and
- Competent working with ERP platforms.
