Lead HR/ER Strategy and Governance:
">The successful candidate will oversee the development of a comprehensive Employee Relations strategy, driving alignment between business goals and operational objectives.
">This role involves leading the Employee Relations team, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring high performance across key areas such as stakeholder engagement, policy development, and governance compliance.
">As a member of the HR Senior Leadership Team, the individual will contribute to defining and executing the People Strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capability and build employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER issues and risk management.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must possess extensive experience in senior Employee Relations management, demonstrated leadership skills, and commercial acumen.
">- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and influence key decisions.
