Working as an HR Business Partner in our organisation is a rare opportunity for someone with exceptional skills and experience to drive business growth and transformation.

A 12-month fixed-term part-time role has become available, reporting to the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition Lead. You will work closely with Strategic HR Business Partners to provide operational advisory and delivery support across HR service areas, aligning with our new HR Service Delivery Model.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first point of contact for the Business Partnering team, offering support, coaching and advice on complex matters.
  • Responding to and resolving complex HR enquiries escalated from Tier 1 in accordance with SLAs.
  • Reviewing, updating and creating Workforce Administration-related policies, processes, procedures and templates.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, digitise and automate Talent and Succession.
  • Actively supporting implementation and delivery of established and new Workforce Experience services developed by Centre of Expertise; including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Engagement initiatives.
  • Delivering established and developing new Performance Management initiatives, programs and services.
  • Providing organisational change process advice and guidance to business leaders and Strategic Business Partners.

You will need to travel between our Murdoch and Kwinana locations as required, and be able to respond to stakeholders at both sites.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to our organisation's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex employment relations matters and a solid understanding of the IR landscape.
  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering roles with demonstrated achievement delivering HR projects and initiatives to meet organisational goals.
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
