Job Title: Strategic Operations Partner

Job Description

This role provides operational HR support to our local sites and frontline workforce. The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders and employees in our operations teams, interpreting and providing advice regarding our Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR partnering support to leaders across operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Expertly manage employee relations matters and case management including addressing performance and conduct issues, grievances, fitness for work and investigations.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational change activities and workforce administration.
  • Partner with leaders to drive engagement, succession planning and talent development within the operational workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR Business Partnering or a similar role, proven exposure to employee and industrial relations, particularly in blue-collar environments, and demonstrated experience working with enterprise agreements and ER/IR case management.
