**About the Role**

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Handling complex issues and providing high quality advice and practical solutions to clients
- Actively participating in business development activities including regularly attending networking functions and preparation of high-quality presentations or articles to existing and prospective clients
- Continuously maintain an engaged client base
- Collaborating with co-workers across various CCIWA Business Units
- Demonstrating commitment to a safety focused culture and promotion of a safe workplace
- Working towards achieving various financial targets

**About you**
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 4+ years post admission experience as a lawyer and has an interest in employment law and industrial relations to work in our CBD office on a full-time basis. You are a strong communicator with the ability to form engaged networks at all levels, possessing a collaborative and innovative mindset. Above all, you have a strong belief in supporting WA businesses and making WA the best place to live and do business.
- Tertiary qualification in Law
- Ability to accurately interpret legislation, regulations, and rules
- Able to handle complex issues and provide practical solutions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate
- Current National Police Clearance
