Workplace Relations And Safety Lawyer – Senior Associate/Special Counsel

Overview Jackson McDonald is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel with at least 5 years post-admission experience to join our Workplace Relations & Safety team.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
You will be involved in advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, safety prosecutions, as well as mediation and litigation in court, commission, and tribunal hearings.
You will work alongside our experienced partners, Renae Harding and Greg Smith, in providing strategic advice to businesses, not-for-profit organisations, local government, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities Drafting employment contracts and policies; Advising on and assisting clients in enterprise bargaining and industrial action; Advising on and defending unfair dismissal, breach of award and adverse action claims; Advising on legislative requirements and award conditions; Defending discrimination matters; Safety and employment investigations; Advising on and implementing employment arrangements in
