We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel with a strong background in workplace relations and safety to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-admission experience and a proven track record of providing strategic advice on unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, safety prosecutions, mediation, and litigation in various court and tribunal settings.
As a key member of our Workplace Relations & Safety team, you will collaborate with partners Renae Harding and Greg Smith to provide expert advice to businesses, not-for-profit organisations, local government, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice on workplace relations and safety matters
- Representing clients in various court and tribunal settings
- Collaborating with partners and other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of post-admission experience
