About the Role:

Seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic support on employment and workplace relations matters. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders within and externally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workplace relations strategies and policies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee and workplace relations issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a productive workplace culture.
  • Monitor compliance with employment legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in employment/industrial relations gained in Senior HR/IR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for informed decision-making.
