**_About The Role_**

You'll join a small, but growing, legal team that has wide-ranging responsibilities for a large Australian-owned hospitality and entertainment business' legal and compliance requirements.

On a day-to-day, you'll provide paralegal assistance to three approachable lawyers, plus provide ad hoc, board level EA support to the Commercial Director.

Working most closely with an experienced Property Lawyer, you will help to manage a large leasing portfolio (both as landlord and tenant) and take on a wide variety of legal property work including drafting agreements around leasing, deeds and licences, as well as the potential to work on what can be very large-scale sales/acquisitions.

You'll also support an employment lawyer and general commercial lawyer allowing you to gain exposure to a wide variety of files as you become the central lynchpin for this team's legal support needs.

This is therefore a fabulous opportunity to develop and diversify your existing Paralegal skills.

This opportunity is available through relocation.

- An experienced Legal Support Professional **(**Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Legal EA or similar)** with hands-on Property or Leasing Paralegal experience;
- You'll be committed to a career as a Paralegal and happy to turn your hand to the wide variety of files that form this team's portfolio;
- You'll be a team player, with a keen eye for detail
