If you're a paralegal with ambitions for career development, our client is a dynamic full-service Immigration Law firm with a supportive, collegiate and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for a Paralegal to join their team of knowledgeable, experienced, success orientated and fun people.

An established company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, they look after individual and corporate clients and provide advice on most visa types, appeals, employer compliance, character and health issues.

As a result of their continued growth, they require another 2 x Paralegals to support the busy team in Sydney.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
You will provide crucial administrative and paralegal support to assist a busy immigration law professionals to achieve success for clients. Your daily activities will include:

- File opening and initiation
- Requesting information, documents, and evidence from clients
- Providing support to lawyers/migration agents as needed, including any research tasks and drafting
- Liaising with clients and managing their expectations
- Photocopying, printing and scanning documents, collating evidence
- Diary and consultation management
- General administrative duties
- Billing including preparation of fee agreements, invoices, deposit requests, transfer requests

- Have excellent attention to detail, initiative, and complete tasks to a high standard
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (knowledge of LEAP Migration Manager would be advantageous)
- Above average writing skills

We are keen to consider Irish/UK Law Graduates, interested in migrating to Australia permanently and embracing the opportunity to become an Australian Immigration Law specialist.
