**THE ROLE**

We are proud to announce our first Display homes in the Ballarat region will be complete in the coming months and in this role, you will be the face of our business based out of them.

We will provide 100% support and training through our regional Ballarat support office and selection showroom.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

- Facilitate the purchase of a Sherridon Home from initial enquiry to issue of contract
- Establish sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities whilst nurturing and maintaining existing ones
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to maximise opportunities and contribute to the development of new product and promotions
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service
