This October, we are proud to launch our newest and most exclusive showcase yet — the Lucas Display Village in Ballarat. Featuring two brand-new designs with striking façades and unique architectural features, this display sets a new benchmark in the region.

We are now seeking a Sales Consultant with strong community connections and proven sales ability to take ownership of this exciting new location. This is a rare opportunity to represent Kingsbridge Homes in an exclusive growth corridor, building lasting client relationships and becoming the trusted face of our brand across Ballarat

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and uphold client records in CRM.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Ensure optimum presentation of all display homes at all times.
  • Oversee online listings and promptly respond to web and lead inquiries.
  • Secure exclusive land holdings through local agents and developers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain high standards in personal presentation, display homes, and marketing materials.
