**What's on offer?**:
Located in a stunning, brand new Display Home in Ballarat you will work part time from Thursdays to Sunday.

The role involves:

- Acknowledge and engage all clients in the display home
- Walk clients through homes and demonstrate all inclusions
- Hand out brochures
- Use Counters to track No. of groups that have visited the display per day
- Weekly Traffic Report
- Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks

**What can you bring?**:
You will have experience in a related customer facing discipline and be passionate about progressing your career in the Building Industry.

You will take an active approach in order to:

- Shop competitors
- Visit Home and Land agents in the areas and obtain land listing
- Source and learn as much information available to you in the display office
