We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead quality assurance operations in the digitisation group.
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the last mile of quality and ensuring that digital twins are fit for purpose.
You will work closely with engineering to build workflows that drive quality and speed, use data to create transparency and drive decisions while improving ML systems and AI.
This role will require you to investigate, address and solve open-ended problems related to digitisation and QA.

Key Responsibilities
Contractor Management: Business-wide ownership of the contractor QA process and its efficiency and effectiveness
Establish clear expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics for contractor work
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contractor teams and vendors
Ensure effective knowledge
