Job Title: Digital Twin Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital twin quality assurance operations, focusing on managing offshore contractor teams responsible for QA work.

The role requires problem-solving across end-to-end digitisation and QA processes, including:

  • Contractor Management: Own contractor QA process, set expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Quality: Design and implement QA frameworks for digital twin model validation, establish standardised processes, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering to drive feature improvements and smooth rollouts, coordinate with project managers to meet QA needs, and work across different business cultures.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical programs.
  • The ability to engage with data, form bottom-up assessments, and identify edge cases and quality deficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using internal tooling, SQL, spreadsheets, and building repeatable processes.
  • Adaptability to projects in varying domains and complexities, with the ability to reason about systems and processes beyond core expertise.
  • Action-oriented and curious, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge teams.
