Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to lead digital twin quality assurance operations in the digitization group.

This role requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills across end-to-end digitization and QA processes. The successful candidate will ensure the last mile of quality and that the digital twins are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with engineering to build workflows that drive quality and speed
  • Use data to create transparency
  • Influence improvements in ML/AI systems powering digital twin creation
Requirements:
  • Experience in contractor management, including owning contractor QA process, setting expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Conducting regular performance reviews
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer
Benefits:
