Quality Assurance Leader for Digital Models
Neara is a technology company that develops a software platform for creating sophisticated digital models of critical infrastructure.
The platform is used worldwide to solve challenges across the asset life cycle, from design and construction to asset management.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to oversee our digital twin operations in the digitisation group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and fit-for-purpose digital twins.
The role requires investigating, addressing and solving complex problems related to digitisation and quality assurance, while working closely with engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include contractor management, quality control, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
- Contractor Management: Ownership of the contractor QA process and its efficiency
- Quality Control: Design and implement comprehensive quality frameworks for digital twin validation
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
