Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our digital twin quality assurance operations in the digitisation group. You will be responsible for ensuring the last mile of quality and ensuring that the digital twins are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Manage offshore contractor teams responsible for QA work
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and skills development within the team
Develop and implement workflows that drive quality and speed
Analyse data to create transparency and drive decisions
Investigate, address and solve open-ended problems related to digitisation and QA
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in program management, particularly in QA and digital assurance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
