Quality Assurance Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Operations Manager to lead our digital twin quality assurance operations in the digitisation group.
This role requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills across end-to-end digitisation and QA processes. The successful candidate will ensure the last mile of quality and that the digital twins are fit for purpose.
You will work closely with engineering to build workflows that drive quality and speed, use data to create transparency, and influence improvements in ML/AI systems powering digital twin creation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor management, including owning contractor QA process, setting expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics; conducting regular performance reviews; and ensuring knowledge transfer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of sophisticated digital models of critical infrastructure.
Please note that travel to Bangalore, India will be required approximately 2-4 times per year.
