This could be theopportunity you've been waiting for.Heartland Motors is seeking two organised and enthusiastic Parts OrderingCoordinators; one to join our team at our Chullora dealership & one to join ourteam at our Blacktown dealership.About the Role:As a Parts Ordering Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our service departmentrunning smoothly.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the right parts are ready for the right job on time, every time.Work-Life Balance:Choose full-time or part-time hours to suit your lifestyleEnjoy your weekends - this role is Monday to Friday onlyYour Key Responsibilities:Support the daily parts operationsPrepare all parts needed in advance for the next day's repair ordersManage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatchingWork closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirementsDeliver excellent internal customer service to service and sales teamsMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspaceAbout You:We're looking for someone who:Has a mature, friendly attitude and good common senseEnjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their workIs dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeedHas an interest in automotive or mechanical work (preferred but not essential)No previous parts or automotive experience required - full training will be provided.Why Join Heartland Motors?
