Order Coordinator

The primary role of the Order Coordinator is to manage the entire order processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of company products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales order creation and relevant information entry into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Review and clarify quote conditions and customer information prepared by internal sales teams.
  • Process purchase orders on internal suppliers.
  • Liaise with logistics teams to arrange delivery and freight services.
  • Track and notify customers and internal sales teams of expected arrival dates, including any changes.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, warehouse, and administrative teams to resolve order-related queries.
  • Follow up and expedite orders as necessary.
  • Process sales order delivery in the ERP system, including producing delivery notes and recognizing revenue.
  • Raise customer invoices.
  • Process supplier invoices.
Additional Duties:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Analyze and report on order processing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
