As the
**Occupational Rehabilitation Manager**, you will manage the WISE Occupational Rehabilitation Services internally and externally in accordance with the relevant authorities' requirements and performance standards, ensuring that the authorities' outcome standards are achieved or exceeded.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing and leading a team located nationally and maximising individual and team performance.
- Continually review recruitment needs to ensure a quality service is always provided.
- Continually review customer needs and develop and implement innovative and customer centric programs including groups.
- Managing a business budget reaching financial targets/contribution.
- Provision of a monthly report and forecast for the Division's Chief Operating Officer.
- Provision of detail and data for bi-annual WISE Employment Board KPIs that meet or exceed targets.
- Management of customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Routinely analysing feedback received from a range of customers with a focus on continuous improvement and happy customers.
- Ensure Frontline Support upskilling programs delivered by the senior staff are effective and targeted to needs and skill gaps.
- Ensure the relevant reports for external Worker's Compensation customers are provided on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure monthly financial data, for Revenue and Cost of Service completed by Business Support, is provided by the third working day of each new month

**About you**:

- A degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology,
- Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- A full member/registered with your professional body where relevant e.g. AHPRA
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in return to work management to be eligible as the Comcare Principal Consultant.
- Minimum two years' experience leading a team of Allied Health Professionals with a mix of professional disciplines.
- Direct experience working in multiple Workers' Compensation jurisdictions e.g. Comcare and State Workers' Compensation Schemes.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and complaints management experience.
- Experience with business development to ensure sustainable programs.
- Ability to manage a budget with a focus on continued growth.
- Experience with an Allied Health database.
- Ability to travel interstate for business purposes
