Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Injury Management Specialist to join our team. As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our organization by managing customers and delivering services that meet their needs.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of injury claims, providing rehabilitation services, and implementing service agreements with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality across customer interactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Implement services in line with Customer SLAs
  • Manage a return to work case load and deliver outcomes that benefit clients and customers
  • Provide high-level rehabilitation services across various portfolios, including new employer and same employer goals
  • Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and improve rehabilitation outcomes
  • Represent the company at public forums and on various committees as required

You'll need:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Significant experience in occupational rehabilitation industry
  • Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio
  • Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching, and developing others
  • Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
