We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Experience Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.About the RoleWe\'re seeking a passionate individual to join us in an exciting and dynamic position aboard our brand-new $10 million vessel, operating premium tours to Moreton Island.
This role offers a unique work environment, perfect for someone with experience in hotels, restaurants, events, or tourism operations, and includes an attractive incentive program.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring all tours run smoothly and on scheduleManage the full guest experience from boarding to disembarkationEnsure the highest standard of customer service is delivered at every touchpointLead the onboard food and beverage operation, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are metMonitor onboard procedures, health & safety standards, and cleanlinessConduct pre-shift briefings and debriefs with staffCoordinate with shore-based operations and management to ensure seamless communication and logisticsHandle guest feedback and resolve issues proactively and professionallyMentor, train and supervise crew to maintain a positive, high-performing team culture3+ years management experience in customer service environments3+ years of experience with food and beverage operations, including service standards and complianceCurrent residence in Brisbane preferredPermanent rights to work in AustraliaValid driver\'s license allowing you to drive in QueenslandRSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced service environmentStrong background in customer service and guest engagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage international guestsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsCalm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilitiesPositive, hands-on leadership style with a team-first attitudeMaritime or vessel experience (desirable but not essential)Highly RegardedApplicants with an understanding of or interest in vessel operations will be highly regarded.AvailabilityMust be available to work over a 7-day roster, including during our busiest times - school holidays, Christmas Day, New Year\'s Eve, and public holidays.A rewarding work environment in the dynamic world of Marine TourismWork onboard a stunning, purpose-built $10 million vessel which is due to launch in MayOpportunity to be part of a team that values exceptional customer experiences and the joy of adventureDeliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Queensland\u2019s most beautiful destinationsOpportunity for growth and progression within the businessComplimentary experiences on The Tour Collective\'s other brands e.g. Arro Jet Boating, See Moreton, Whale Watching and Hopo50% discounts for employees on retail and F&B itemsAttractive incentive program and dynamic work environmentIf you are motivated to have a long-term rewarding career with a fun company, in an awesome location, we look forward to receiving your application.Please note: we are recruiting immediately for this role and look forward to receiving your application.To find out more about The Tour Collective, visit tourco.com.auThe Tour Collective is an equal opportunity employer.
