About the Role:

We're seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a culture of exceptional customer service and inclusivity, managing access passes and visitor management, and overseeing mail management and storage audits.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a culture of exceptional customer service and inclusivity
  • Manage access passes, visitor management and VIP experiences
  • Oversee mail management, locker assignments and storage audits
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events and catering
  • Ensure operational efficiency in workplace services and soft facilities management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in reception, hospitality or customer service, professional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask and solve problems with a common-sense approach.
