Immanuel Gardens Aged Care is a 145 bed facility divided into 2 smaller facilities located on the same land amongst the Retirement Village which is co-located and Managed by a separate manager.

The Vista is run as a house model with Personal Carers delivering a large variety of services to the residents while the Terrace is your typical older nursing home build and is currently undergoing multimillion dollar renovations to create resident facilities that meet market expectations in the region.

Immanuel Gardens is set amongst a private hilltop with coastal views and refreshing breezes. It resides on 25 acres of land, nestled amongst bushland and surrounded by native wildlife. Immanuel Gardens has a range of single and shared ensuite room and is close to the Sunshine Coast's most beautiful beaches with all the conveniences that Buderim has to offer.

The management staff structure across the whole site consists of the Service Manager and Care Manager who are responsible for the Terrace and Vista collectively and then 2 x Clinical Nurses to support the Terrace and Vista separately.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated leader to lead a dedicated, caring and committed team.

As the Service Manager, you have advanced skills in leading teams and managing staff performance. You will build a positive culture so that the team can clearly take the lead in delivering best practice person-centred care. You will enjoy people management, be exceptional at managing the facility budget and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
