- About the role:

- The Sustainability Manager works closely with senior management and regional team to formulate strategies for environmental initiatives, set appropriate goals and targets. The Manager leads and executes the company's sustainability strategic plans and initiatives. This role reports to Pacific CEO.
- What you will be doing:
- Work closely with Global and Regional Sustainability team to develop to drive and implement the Sustainability Roadmap of Bollore Logistics Pacific.
- Design and deploy innovative solutions to reach our sustainability goals. by partnering with a wide eco-system of internal and external stakeholders (Start-up, SME, Government Agencies, Local Players, etc.)
- Work in collaboration with all functions and Senior Management (FO, MO, Back office) to implement governance, best practices and frameworks across our operations
- Be the owner of the Sustainability Reporting, leveraging data to accelerate the transformation
- Empower the company's staff through relevant training, processes and tools to further drive sustainability deployment
- Act as advisor to the Senior Management about sustainability trends, regulations and innovations
- Sustainability advocate: represent the company in external forums and media

Profile- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters' Degree is a plus in Environment, Sustainability, Business or other related matters.
- In-depth understanding of Sustainability stakes in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Passion for Sustainability, with a pragmatic and constructive attitude
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience

Skills in the following fields:
- Strategic Thinking
- Change Management
- Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills
- Experience in identifying customer needs and developing action plans
- Enthusiasm, integrity and leadership
- Knowledge of Australia Innovation eco-system (public agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, start-ups ) is a plus
