Are you passionate about driving environmental impact through data and innovation? CBRE is seeking a Sustainability Ratings Specialist to join our collaborative team supporting a key strategic account. This is a unique opportunity to influence sustainability outcomes across a high-profile property portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior NABERS Assessor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality sustainability ratings including NABERS Energy & Water, Carbon Neutral certifications, TLAs, and BEECs. You'll also play a key role in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

• Deliver accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance
• Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio
• Facilitate data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
• Conduct TLA assessments and prepare certification submittals
• Assist in achieving account KPIs and improving asset-level sustainability performance
• Provide insights for ESG ratings and investor disclosures

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Engineering, or Property
• Several years experience in sustainability within the building environment
• NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation
• NABERS Carbon Neutral Assessor accreditation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience with Green Star, WELL, and GRESB reporting frameworks
