Pacific Communities Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the launch and growth of the Pacific Hub in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will improve Pacific communities' access to quality health services, collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support better wellbeing.
About the Role:- Establish and implement the Pacific health Hub, ensuring seamless integration with existing services.
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant staff and services to enhance access for Pacific communities to appropriate health services.
- Deliver high-quality care to Pacific people by working collaboratively with them and relevant services within the LHD.
- Bachelor level qualification in a relevant health discipline.
- At least 3 years post-graduation experience in project management.
- Demonstrated track record in project implementation, change management, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Pacific Communities in WSLHD.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
The Western Sydney Local Health District is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in several Local Government Areas.
