Pacific F&B Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic procurement plan across F&B categories in the vibrant Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of a cutting-edge procurement strategy for F&B categories, aligning with regional dynamics and global trends.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships that guarantee quality, innovation, and sustainability, leveraging category insights to inform sourcing decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement goals with business needs and corporate values, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing value.
A proven track record in managing large-scale F&B procurement categories is essential. The successful candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Pacific region's supply landscape and local market nuances.
Qualifications:- Proven experience managing F&B procurement categories, preferably within the hospitality or FMCG sectors.
- Deep understanding of the Pacific region's supply landscape and local market environments.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
