About youYou're someone who thrives on hunting new business, understands solution-based selling, and loves working in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment. Our team is collaborative, curious, and commercially minded and we're looking for someone who shares the same mindset. 3–5+ years' experience in business development or account executive roles Strong SaaS / B2B sales background, ideally selling tech or complex solutions Familiarity with hospitality, F&B, venues, or similar industries is a plus Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills CRM-savvy and detail-oriented in managing sales cycles Comfortable leading face-to-face and virtual product demos Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across hospitality venues Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline in CRM Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients Collaborate with internal experts to support the sales process Represent Quantaco at hospitality events and industry forums Maintain strong relationships through onboarding to handover What We Offer Competitive base salary + sales incentive plan Hybrid working – 2 days WFH Birthday leave and wellness support Access to external learning and development programs A collaborative, growth-oriented team and culture How to Apply If you're ready to grow your career in a business that's driving change in the hospitality industry, we'd like to hear from you.
