Are you passionate about improving workforce operations and driving smarter rostering practices? Ramsay Health Care is seeking a **Workforce Performance Specialist**to support the successful delivery of our national Workforce Transformation program.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in enhancing systems, data and practices that underpin the Roster-to-Pay lifecycle across one of Australia's leading private healthcare networks.

**The Opportunity**

As a key member of the Workforce Transformation team, you will collaborate with Ramsay sites, operational leaders and project teams to deliver best-in-class rostering and scheduling solutions. You'll bring expertise in workforce management, data-driven analysis and continuous improvement to support our shift toward smarter rostering capability.

From analysing complex datasets to facilitating stakeholder workshops, you'll be integral to shaping optimised, future-ready workforce practices across our network.

**What You'll Do**
- Analyse rostering performance data to identify challenges, risks and areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define improved operational practices and support solution design.
- Champion site and user needs in all project discussions and vendor engagements.
- Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops and stakeholder forums.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on root cause analysis and data quality reviews.
- Travel occasionally to work directly with site-based stakeholders.

**About You**

You are an analytical thinker, an excellent communicator and a natural collaborator. You thrive in complex operational environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.

You'll also bring:

- **5+ years' experience** in Workforce Management, Operational Excellence, or similar roles.
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated experience in performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- A track record of delivering operational change in multi-site environments
- Healthcare sector experience will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
