Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment.
Oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, compensation, and benefits.
Key Missions
Performance & Talent
Build talent pipelines and succession plans.
Advise managers on performance issues.
Plan and deliver training aligned with strategy and budget.
Promote skill development and leadership growth.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a relay for engagement initiatives.
Conduct and analyse surveys; propose action plans.
Support managers on HR policies.
Lead Group HR calendar activities.
Align HR budget with business roadmap.
Manage Workday system.
Collaborate with APAC/COE HR teams.
Talent Acquisition
Ensure recruitment meets Group standards.
Manage onboarding and offboarding.
Deliver HR induction to new hires.
Employee Relations
Update policies and procedures.
Handle conflicts, restructures, and HR documentation.
Reporting & Payroll
Liaise with payroll team and maintain HR data.
WHS
Act as WHS representative.
Ensure compliance and deliver annual training.
Diversity & Inclusion
Promote inclusive culture through initiatives and training.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
3+ years in HR (Generalist, HRBP, Manager).
Knowledge of Australian employment law, Workday, ER/IR.
Independent HR experience and multinational exposure (preferred).
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
