Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company goals.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Manage recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and laws
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations and laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
