Human Resources Generalist Role

A great opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Human Resources Generalist. The role will provide support to the HR and Payroll teams, consisting of a 60% HR and 40% Payroll split.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll: checking timesheets, assisting with processing, reporting, inputting new starters into the payroll system, workers comp wage reporting and reimbursements.
  • HR: contract development, onboarding, inductions, management of traineeship, uniforms and lockers, developing toolbox talk content, additional ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience within HR and exposure to Payroll.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Experience using an HRIS or payroll systems.
