Job Opportunity: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist.

This role will be responsible for providing HR advice, ensuring the quality and accuracy of HR initiatives, and supporting performance outcomes.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field and proven generalist HR management experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of contemporary human resources practices, issues and trends, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to management on employee relations matters
  • Develop and implement Learning and Development programs across the organization
  • Oversee compliance with relevant Health and Safety practices
  • Manage day-to-day HR operational issues, including data management, recruitment, induction and performance management

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline
  • Proven generalist human resources management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary human resources practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior IT skills
