**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Partner here at Penten. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy. This involves working on multiple strategies, to change the way the organisation is shaped and manages the workforce, helping Penten attract and retain top talent.

Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will own all the levers to bring about diversity, inclusion and belonging at Penten, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, and ensuring the right support networks are in place to achieve this.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategy for Penten
- Lead talent acquisition for Penten with the aim of bringing in diverse talent to change the shape of the workforce
- Develop retention strategies for key groups to ensure Penten retains a diverse workforce
- Work in partnership with external bodies to help lift the diversity of talent at Penten across key groups as identified in the strategy
- Lead the development of support networks across the business to enable retention and belonging
- Manage key initiatives for Penten to enhance inclusion and belonging at Penten
- Coach and mentor the leaders at Penten to drive and embed the strategy
- Ensure measurement of key initiatives and report on those to ensure actions are effective
- Other tasks as directed within the persons skills, competency, experience, and capabilities.

**Qualifications, knowledge, and experience**
- Demonstrated work experience in the field of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- Demonstrated talent management partnership experience, with preference given to experience in a scale-up or new technology environment.
- Experience developing relationships and partnering with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and frameworks
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast passed and rapidly changing environment
- Formal qualifications in human resources or a related field would be highly desirable
