To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Manage and coach the DPS Talent Acquisition team, driving performance and development.
- Act as the go-to expert for DPS leaders, advising on recruitment strategies and priorities.
- Support senior-level recruitment while championing initiatives like interviewer training and employer branding programs.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and market dynamics, ensuring optimal talent outcomes.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Beyond the day-to-day, you can be expected to lead strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to employer branding and diversity programs.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, workload management, and performance development.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Expertise in workforce planning, market trends, and recruitment strategies.Proficiency in using HRIS, recruitment software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
