**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition function. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing talent pipelines for critical job families and specialized skill sets that drive our firm's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
  • Utilize various platforms to proactively identify hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns and industry networking events.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping exercises to provide hiring teams with competitive intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize sourcing processes, implement new technologies and methodologies, and continuously improve candidate experience.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in either internal talent acquisition or agency environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis.
