
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist involves spearheading the recruitment process to identify, attract, and select top talent for the organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and growth among team members.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide personalized support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and other essential details.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain databases of potential candidates, vendors, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and acquiring top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges.
- Experience working with e-recruitment systems, preferably PageUp.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
