The Job Summary

This role will focus on cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders to achieve successful talent acquisition outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition processes, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded throughout.
  • Cultivate value-led relationships with internal stakeholders, educational institutions, industry bodies, and early career pathway organizations.
  • Manage the identification and internship programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation.

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition.
  • A passion for early careers talent acquisition or experience with high-volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
