Key Role in Talent Acquisition

We're seeking a talented and passionate professional to join our team as a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for engaging, attracting, and recruiting early talent for graduate and undergraduate programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end cycles of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs.
  • Cultivate value-led relationships with internal stakeholders, educational institutions, industry bodies, and early career pathway organizations.
  • Manage early identification and intern programs, including program development and facilitation.
  • Work on various projects in the campus recruitment space that align with your interests.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or high-volume hiring experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
