Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to proactively partner with business units to ensure effective allocation of resources to meet business demand. This includes understanding resourcing requirements and providing sourcing strategies that align the right talent with the right roles.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

  • Develop and implement a workforce plan that aligns with the business unit's goals and strategic objectives.
  • Plan and deliver optimal allocation of consulting team members to projects across the business unit, inclusive of all sourcing channels such as new hires, current workforce and subcontractor utilisation.
  • Maintain constant communication with the business unit to monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding workforce movements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and ensure that they are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related field (desired).
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement resourcing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
