As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Practice Systems Support**to join our awesome (and yes, we do say so ourselves) support office team in Bundall, Gold Coast.

**What This Opportunity is All About**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Business Technology, this part-time role (3 days per week) offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing network of veterinary clinics. With exciting growth ahead, there's real potential for this position to evolve into a full-time role.

You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact our clinic teams turn to when they need a hand navigating the Practice Management System (PMS). From helping new clinics get up and running to smoothing out the occasional bump in the road, your support will keep things flowing and free up our teams to focus on what they do best — caring for animals.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with people, and being that calm, capable presence when things get busy, we'd love to have you on board.

**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Providing responsive day-to-day support to PMS users across our network
- Troubleshooting technical and workflow issues with a practical, user-first approach
- Assisting with routine system maintenance, updates, and configuration tasks
- Conducting regular system reviews and check-ins to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly support and training documentation
- Escalating more complex issues to vendors or internal technical teams with detailed context
- Supporting onboarding tasks and broader system initiatives alongside the Practice Systems Officer and Integrator

- You have a solid grasp of veterinary practice workflows and how clinics operate day to day
- You are an expert user of ezyVet, with experience configuring, supporting, and optimising the platform.
- You're a clear communicator who builds trust and rapport with ease - especially when providing support
- You approach problems with a proactive mindset and enjoy finding practical, user-friendly solutions
- You have experience with software support or troubleshooting (bonus points if it's in a clinical setting)
- You're flexible and open to travel if needed to support our veterinary teams onsite
