Practice Systems Support

We're seeking an experienced Practice Systems Support professional to join our dynamic support office team. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing network of veterinary clinics.

This role involves providing responsive day-to-day support to PMS users, troubleshooting technical and workflow issues, and assisting with routine system maintenance and configuration tasks. You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our clinic teams when they need help navigating the Practice Management System.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level support to PMS users across our network
  • Troubleshooting complex technical and workflow issues with a practical, user-first approach
  • Assisting with routine system maintenance, updates, and configuration tasks
  • Conducting regular system reviews and check-ins to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly support and training documentation
  • Escalating more complex issues to vendors or internal technical teams with detailed context

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid grasp of veterinary practice workflows and how clinics operate day to day
  • Expert-level experience with ezyVet, including configuring, supporting, and optimising the platform
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with ease - especially when providing support
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for finding practical, user-friendly solutions
  • Experience with software support or troubleshooting (bonus points if it's in a clinical setting)
