Family Law Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a respected Family Law practice dedicated to client care and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience working in a law firm, ideally in Family Law. They will also possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for Family Law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Diary management
    • Client correspondence
    • File management
    • Document preparation
  • Legal Research and Document Preparation
    • Conduct legal research
    • Assist with preparing court documents and other legal materials
  • Liaising with Clients and External Parties
    • Clients
    • Courts
    • External parties
  • Filing Systems and Office Duties
    • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
    • Support general office duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
