**Permanent Full-Time role**
**About the Role**
As Contracts and Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all Hollywood Private Hospital (HPH) contracts, including negotiating new/renewed service contracts, managing the deliverables within those contracts, and ensuring all office filing and associated paperwork is kept up to date.
In addition, this role also oversees the Administration Officer and the department's administrative activities.
**About You**
- You will be particular about adhering to and developing efficient and effective processes, understanding the importance of standards and correct record keeping
- You will have an eye for detail, be comfortable reading through detailed service contracts and managing the completion of key deliverables
- You have a passion for achieving the best financial outcomes for the hospital, negotiating contracts that are fair and cost effective, and keeping track of capex works and budgets as they progress
- You will be organised, establishing protocols for filing of paperwork and tech drawings for future reference and for proof of works during audits
- You will have previous experience with, and a passion for, leading, managing and influencing others, be they direct reports or third-party contractors
**You will also possess**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience in contract management
- Assisting in preparing department for various quality and regulatory audits
- Experience in budgeting and projecting costs for works
- An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ensuring everyone is aware of their role and how jobs are progressing
- A solid understanding of and commitment to health and safety requirements
- Proven commitment to continuous quality improvement

**Requirements**:
