Contract Administrator - Transport Projects
As a Contracts Administrator with our client, a privately owned construction company in Australia, you'll focus on pre and post contracts for large- and small-scale projects for key clients like MRWA, Water Corp, Synergy, Local Government & State Governments. You will be part of a team of 5 reporting to the commercial manager and provide advice to operations managers and project managers on the commercial aspects of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & negotiating contracts and subcontracts
Complete variations and claims
Provide notices and assessments on the contract
Cost reporting
Mentor junior team members and site administrators
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in the construction industry ideally transport or water infrastructure
Negotiated contracts of 25 million and above
Strong competence in claims and legacy contracts
Ability to closeout a contract
