Toll Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Supervisor to join our team in Port Hedland. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling, customer liaison, and driver management for our mining division, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of bulk dangerous goods product across the region.

This position is FIFO and will work on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, and report to the Regional Manager - West.

As the Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of drivers and coordinating their daily activities
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in logistics or transport operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A focus on safety and compliance
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
